Oula offers Preconception counseling and Gynecology care from our team of trusted midwives and OBGYNs.

Gynecology: Come see us for your annual wellness visit, virtual counseling and in-person care for issues like pain, bleeding, or STI screening.

Preconception: From demystifying cycle tracking to genetic testing, we offer personalized preconception consultation to prepare you for pregnancy.

Pregnancy

We deliver comprehensive pregnancy care at every step—from that first positive test, to prenatal visits, to hospital birth and postpartum support. Our expert midwives, OBGYNs, and care navigators ensure you get the type of care you need, in the moments that matter most.

Postpartum

We’re here for you, even after baby arrives, continuing to check in throughout those crucial first weeks after birth to ensure you feel supported. You’ll also have ongoing access to our resources, including our Newborn Feeding group, for expert guidance during this important time.

What is a midwife?

Midwives are licensed health care professionals that are trained to provide expert nonsurgical care to women from puberty to menopause. This includes pregnancy, from prenatal care to delivery and neonatal care. While a midwife’s experience and area of expertise is in low-risk pregnancies, they are trained to identify complications and work with obstetricians in emergency situations. For most birthing parents, their pregnancy is low-risk and can be led by a midwife. Check out our blog post: What actually is a midwife?
