Preconception counseling
From demystifying cycle tracking and fertile windows to preparing for genetic testing, Preconception Counseling at Oula goes beyond traditional care and offers personalized support, uniquely tailored to meet your needs. We offer virtual Preconception Counseling for those ready to begin their pregnancy journey.
Full-service pregnancy care
Most maternity clinics won't see you until well into your first trimester. At Oula, we're proud to support you as soon as you get a positive pregnancy test. We offer in-person and virtual prenatal appointments, options for remote monitoring, delivery of your baby at Mt Sinai West hospital, and even support through the fourth trimester. We’ll also help connect you with doulas, lactation consultants, physical therapists, and all the support you need for a comfortable pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Pregnancy and birth education
Birth education is included in your Oula care. We incorporate education into your visits as well as offer regular virtual classes and office hours, such as our Birth Plan Workshop and Postpartum Office Hours.![]()
Virtual coaching
Meet with a midwife from the comfort of your own home. We also offer coaching with nutritionists and postpartum doulas for an additional fee, and our care team supports you virtually between in-person visits.![]()
