Amanda Younger is a Certified Nurse Midwife with more than 15 years of experience caring for women and families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond. Before becoming a midwife, she spent six years as a Labor & Delivery nurse, where she discovered that her passion for supporting women extended beyond the birth experience itself. She believes everyone deserves compassionate, personalized care that honors their unique needs, values, and goals at every stage of life.

Amanda has been practicing midwifery in the Charlotte area since 2010. Her approach is grounded in building trusting relationships and caring for the whole person—not just a diagnosis or a moment in time. She is passionate about creating a supportive environment where patients feel heard, informed, and empowered to make decisions about their health with confidence. Amanda is committed to providing equitable, culturally responsive care and helping patients navigate their healthcare journeys with partnership and respect.

Amanda earned her BSN from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and her MSN in Nurse Midwifery from East Carolina University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, traveling, and spoiling her Shih Tzu, Jackson.
