Dr. Olga Rodas, MD
Dr. Olga Rodas, MD is a board-certified OB/GYN. She went into the field of medicine and obstetrics with the desire to help people navigate the various reproductive phases of their lives. Olga was drawn to Oula because of its mission to deliver collaborative care, a cornerstone of her training and clinical experience. During residency, she trained under midwives and was inspired by their perspective, approach to birth, and the way they provide whole-person care. She is excited to work alongside the team of midwives at Oula.
Olga has also worked in group prenatal care settings where she saw how integrating support, community, and education can help improve outcomes. She is fluent in Spanish and is excited about expanding access to the broader Spanish-speaking community in New York. Prior to Oula, she worked at Mount Sinai West as a laborist and was the Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
