Jennifer Bach, CNM, is a certified nurse-midwife with 25 years of experience caring for women and families across all stages of life. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz and her graduate degree from Columbia University.

Jennifer was drawn to midwifery through her background in biology and women’s studies, inspired by a deep commitment to patient-centered care. She is known for her thoughtful, listening-first approach—ensuring every patient feels heard, respected, and supported in making decisions that are right for them. Over the course of her career, she has cared for generations of families, even welcoming the grandchildren of patients she once supported in birth.

Jennifer is inspired by centering the patient within a supportive, integrated care team. She is passionate about creating space for each person’s voice to be heard and honored.
