Start Your Care

Kirsten Asmus, CNM, is a certified nurse-midwife with nearly 30 years of experience caring for women and families across Oregon, North Carolina, and Connecticut. She earned her graduate degree from the Yale University School of Nursing and has also taught in the Yale School of Nursing Midwifery faculty practice.

Her philosophy is simple: “You don’t get extra points for suffering.” She works closely with patients to make pregnancy, birth, and postpartum as comfortable and supported as possible.
