Gynecology & preconception

From routine gynecology to planning for pregnancy, our team provides personalized, relationship-based care that meets you where you are.

Gynecology: Annual wellness visits, birth control counseling, STI screening, and support for concerns like pain, bleeding, and other reproductive health needs.

Preconception: Personalized consultations designed to help you prepare for pregnancy with confidence, from fertility education and cycle tracking to genetic testing and health optimization.

Pregnancy

We provide comprehensive pregnancy care from your first positive test through birth and postpartum. Along the way, you'll be supported by a collaborative team of midwives, OBGYNs, and care navigators who take the time to get to know you, understand your preferences, and help you navigate every decision with confidence.

Postpartum

We’re here for you, especially after baby arrives. We check in throughout those first crucial weeks after birth to ensure you feel heard, safe, and supported. You’ll also have ongoing access to our resources, including our Newborn Feeding group, expert workshops, and referral guides. You can message us 24/7 in the patient portal with questions and concerns as they arise.
